Symmetrics Health is looking to hire a full-time physiotherapist to join our dedicated team of professionals. We are seeking a team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary group.
About us
Symmetrics Health is home to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and an Osteopath. We are a high volume clinic located at The Mount in Charlottetown, PE.
Our practitioners provide various services to people of all ages, pre and post surgery, athletes, children and long term care residents. Our Team’s goal is to help people reach their rehabilitation goals and live pain free lives. Customer service is an extremely important part of our business. We were a finalist for the 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Assess and advise on each patient’s unique needs, taking into consideration their level of stress, physical condition, and medical history.
- Establish treatment goals with patients based on diagnoses.
- Provide advice on exercise and strategies to implement at home to enhance and or maintain treatment.
- Build positive relationships with patients and team members to create a pleasant work environment
- Maintain treatment records, monitor patient progress, and follow up on their treatment plans.
At Symmetrics we provide electronic billing, supportive administrative staff, access to online scheduling and charting software, advertising, and onsite laundry. All products and equipment provided. Compensation Fee per service 45-50% based on experience.
