Position Details:
- Location: Symmetrics Health at The Mount, Charlottetown, PEI
- Duration: 6-8 weeks (mid-June to August)
- Compensation: Competitive percentage-based pay structure
- Schedule: Flexible – candidates may select their preferred days and working hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and effective patient care
- Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice Physiotherapy in Prince Edward Island
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
